Just Thrift stands firmly behind our service.

Our guarantee and refund policy shall only apply if the buyer reports to Just Thrift a claim within the time periods noted below:

 

Inquiry: Item is not as described

Examples that qualify are :

- The size listed is not the size of the item.
- The Item is listed With Tags, but it does not have any.
- The item has a missing button, broken zipper or damage and was not disclosed or visible in the image provided.
- The item is a completely different product from what was listed.

Buyer's Responsibility

Buyer needs to send pictures of the item via emails to Just Thrift within 3 business days upon delivery.

Once we confirm the information, buyer will get a return label generated by Just Thrift.

The buyer is responsible to send the item back within 4 business days (If not, the return label will be cancelled and buyer can’t return the item). Payment excluding shipping will be refunded to buyer’s account once the item is received.

 

Inquiry: Item is lost in the mail.

Buyer's Responsibility

Buyer needs to email Just Thrift regarding to the lost and we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

If the parcel is found, buyer will receive it at a later time.

If the parcel is lost, buyer is obligated to provide information to the shipping carrier if required. Buyer will receive a refund once the investigation is closed.

Please note: As of June 18, 2020 Just Thrift purchases shipping insurance on all orders over $100. This will ensure that even if there is an error with delivery, our clients are protected. We however, do not warrant or guarantee any refund from our carriers for orders under this threshold. 

 

Inquiry: Item is damaged.

Buyer's Responsibility

Buyer needs to send pictures of the item via emails to Just Thrift within 3 business days upon delivery.

If an investigation is opened with the shipping carrier, buyer is obligated to provide information to them if required and will receive a refund excluding shipping once the investigation is closed.

Ultimate decision on actions regarding the refund will be made by Just Thrift.

 

Inquiry: Package has been tampered with item is missing

Buyer's Responsibility

Buyer needs to email Just Thrift regarding the tampered package and we will help open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Pictures of the parcel prior to opening the package must be included.

If the parcel is found to be tampered with, this is an issue between buyer the carrier. Buyer is obligated to provide information to the shipping carrier if required.

On all parcels of $150+ Just Thrift purchases carrier insurance.

Ultimate decision on actions regarding the refund will be made by Shipping Carrier.

 

Inquiry: Package has a missing item

Buyer's Responsibility

Buyer needs to email Just Thrift regarding the missing item and we will  open an investigation. If Just Thrift deemed the missing product due to negligence on our behalf, we will re-ship missing item.

Prior to Shipping Just Thrift has a 3 point handling process of items (Picking, Packing, Item Inspection). If an item is deemed not in inventory, damaged or different from what was advertised we will contact you prior to shipping it out.

Ultimate decision on actions regarding the refund will be made by Just Thrift.

 

Inquiry: Item doesn’t fit.

Buyer's Responsibility

Buyer is not eligible to return an item for this reason.

 

Inquiry: Item is not authentic.

Buyer's Responsibility

Buyer needs to send pictures of the item and evidence via emails to Just Thrift within 3 business days upon delivery.

Just Thrift does not warrant the authenticity of any of its items, other than those that have been certified by an authorized third party affiliate.

Ultimate decision on actions regarding to refund will be made by Just Thrift.

 

Inquiry: Item hasn’t been shipped yet.

Buyer's Responsibility

Buyer can request to cancel the order after 5 business days without shipping information. Payment will be refunded back to buyer immediately.
